Worshipping God in Our Businesses
As the day closes and we cross into the watches of the night, we deliberately turn our attention to God. This is a time to guard the transition, seal the day and cover our businesses, giving thanks for what has passed and committing what lies ahead into the hands of God.
We gather not only to bring requests before Him, but to worship God in our businesses—acknowledging Him as Lord over our work, stewardship, decisions, resources, relationships and future. Through worship, prayer and the Word, we consecrate the work of our hands afresh and declare again that God is Boss.
